SURE Helpline provides comprehensive, 24/7 support services for survivors of sexual violence in Imperial County and surrounding communities. Their trained advocates offer immediate crisis intervention through a confidential hotline, as well as in-person accompaniment at hospitals, law enforcement agencies, and court proceedings to ensure survivors receive compassionate care and guidance every step of the way.

SURE Helpline also delivers survivor-centered advocacy, helping individuals navigate complex systems while protecting their rights and access to essential resources. Through community education and prevention programs, the organization works to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and prevent sexual violence before it occurs.

With a commitment to empowerment, safety, and healing, SURE Helpline connects survivors to vital support services, counseling resources, and community-based assistance 24 hours a day.
