What is ECM?

Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a Medi-Cal benefit designed to provide a “lead care manager” to coordinate all primary, acute, behavioral, developmental, and social services for eligible members. Access Point 360 provides ECM-aligned services that focus on the “whole person,” ensuring that social drivers of health—like housing and food—are addressed alongside medical needs.
